Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Request Form - Use this form when you are
making changes to the outside of your property. Fences, Painting, Additions,
Roofing and any other items covered in the Deed Restrictions that require ACC Approval.
Please submit two copies of the form. You can reach the committee by sending
email to: acc@hmhoa.org or by following the directions at the bottom of the form.

Approved Roofing Materials & Color List - Manufacturers
frequently make marketing changes to colors and names so please always check with
the ACC committee for roof replacements. |

Proxy Statement - Use this form if you will not be able to attend an annual meeting
so that we have enough representation in order to conduct the business of the HOA.
Please return the form to a board member prior to the annual meeting if you are
unable to attend.

Pool Road Coalition Non-Binding Letter of Intent - This is a non-binding
letter of intent that is used to notify the Pool Road Coalition that you would like
to have your numbers counted in the group in order to give the group more leverage
or bargaining power with oil and gas companies that may wish to lease mineral rights.
You can still opt to negotiate on your own at a later time. |
