08/15/2008 - Listed below are some additional details on the Bank
Draft. It can take a financial institution several days to get the bank draft
to the Frost Bank. Read this document for more details on the process.
We've also posted an updated copy of the lease agreement since there were a few
small changes made to the lease.

08/11/2008 - The signing date for Highland Meadows is Wednesday
August 13th from 4 - 7 PM THIS WEDNESDAY. They leave at 8 PM and the
process can take upwards of 45 minutes depending on volume. Please see the
document link below for the full details. If you miss the highland meadows
signing date you can attend one of the next signing sessions after the 13th.

08/04/2008 - CAMRA ENDORSES TITAN / CAFFEY - On August 4th, the
Colleyville Area Mineral Rights Association ("CAMRA") announced its endorsement
with The Titan Operating, LLC & Caffey Group ("Titan/Caffey") on a comprehensive
mineral lease, culminating six months of organization and negotiation efforts. The
lease was unanimously endorsed by the leadership of more than thirty-five subdivisions,
neighborhood associations and landowners that comprise CAMRA..
05/21/2008 - The Pool Road Coalition (PRC) merges with the Colleyville
Area Mineral Rights Association (CAMRA).
